How long is the delivery time when ordering from the online store?
When ordering from the LooMA online store, the delivery time is 3-5 working days.
If we are on vacation, we will inform you and the delivery time can be up to 14 working days.
Can I receive the product ordered on Friday or at the weekend immediately?
Orders from the LooMA online store are shipped Mon-Fri.
Orders from the online store are not fulfilled on weekends unless otherwise agreed upon when placing the order.
If I make an order in the online shop, is it possible to pick it up myself?
When ordering in the online shop, only the delivery through the parcel machine can be selected as the only delivery method. To receive your order by hand, please contact us before making your order.
Where are your stores located?
We only have an online shop.
Is it possible to print a picture/text on a T-shirt or sweatshirt brought by yourself?
It is possible, but in this case you have to get in touch in advance and let's talk more precisely. The material we print on is important to us. If something happens during the printing process, for the product brought by the customer himself, the LooMA online shop is not responsible for the value of the item of clothing and only returns the cost paid for the printing service and does not reimburse the cost of the item of clothing.
Can the cup or thermos brought by himself be printed?
Can't. You can print on specially processed cups, then you cannot carry out the printing on the cups or thermos you bring. At the moment with cups and thermos we are not dealing with.
What format does the image file of your choice need to be presented?
The formats that suit us are JPG, PNG files.How to transfer the desired image file?
We agree this in advance verbally or in writing.
What print do you use on the products?
Transfer - a technique in which the printer cuts a special material apart from the design, which is then applied to the textile with a hot press.
Do you also print colorful photos on the shirt, fabric?
No, this is another technology.
Is it possible to change the size of the product if it turns out upon receipt of the goods that the size does not fit?
It is possible to change the size except for the product you have designed.
We ask that you keep track of the measuring table in the product descriptions when designing the products yourself, in order to avoid the given situations.
What does the stock indicate by the after-order?
The meanings of stock: in stock - the product is in stock and will be manufactured for you in 1-5 working days in stock after-order - the product is out of stock by us, but is on order within 14-21 working days + fabrication.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
- The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the LooMA online store.
- The prices of products sold in the LooMA online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price.
- The delivery fee depends on the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
- Information about the product is provided in the LooMA online store directly next to the product.
- All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and VAT is not included.
- Grandia OÜ is not subject to VAT.
Order processing
- To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method for the products. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or other payment solution.
- The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid to the LooMA e-shop/Grandia OÜ bank account.
- If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.
- By placing an order and making a payment in the LooMA online store, the Customer confirms that he or she has read the terms of sale and agrees to them.
Special orders
- If the product stock in the online store shows 0 (zero), it is also possible to order the products. In this case, you must send us a corresponding letter to alooming12@gmail.com and we will investigate whether it is possible and how long it will take to order the product before printing.
- If you see a product in the online store that would ideally be in a different color or size, you can always contact us and we will let you know if the product can be made according to your wishes.
- In collaboration with customers, we also accept special orders and requests.
Delivery
- The buyer can choose the delivery method - either a parcel machine (Smartpost, Omniva, DPD) or a courier.
- The buyer bears the shipping costs of the goods and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
- Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 5-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
Right of return
- After delivery of the order, the Consumer has the right to return the ordered products within 14 days.
- Products to be returned must be unused and undamaged.
- Upon withdrawal from the sales contract, the Customer will be reimbursed for the cost of the goods.
- The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer. Grandia OÜ will bear the cost of returning the goods if the delivered goods differed from the one ordered by mistake.
- To return the goods, a reasoned return application must be submitted to the e-mail address alooming12@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. The customer will be contacted and the return of the goods will be coordinated as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
- The money for the returned goods will be reimbursed to the Customer after the returned goods have been inspected, but no later than within 14 days. If the goods arrive damaged, please notify us immediately by emailing alooming12@gmail.com and we will agree on the return of the goods and compensation (whether you want a refund or a replacement).
- The online store is not responsible for any errors after the goods have been handed over to the postal service provider - delivery delays, package loss and other situations that LooMA online store is not responsible for. We will certainly assist the Customer in communicating with the postal service provider to find the package and speed up delivery.
- Shipping and return costs are not eligible for reimbursement!
Processing of personal data
- The LooMA e-shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The e-shop transfers personal data to companies providing transportation services in order to deliver the goods.
- To avoid any inconvenience later, we ask you to check the contact information you have entered.
Dispute resolution
- If the buyer has any complaints regarding the LooMA e-shop, they must be sent by e-mail to alooming12@gmail.com
- If the buyer and the LooMA e-shop cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Commission.
- The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the online store. The review of the buyer's complaint by the committee is free of charge.
- The buyer may contact the European Union's consumer dispute resolution platform.

This has led us to a choice of material that, in our opinion, is a good balance of all the aforementioned components. The difference between a high-quality T-shirt and a poor-quality T-shirt is noticeable and important. Especially when you consider the environmental impact of production, social responsibility and the lifespan of the product. Choosing good, durable materials is practically the most important thing for the quality of the product.
GOTS certification, or Global Organic Textile Standard, is an international certification system for organic textiles that sets high standards for both the environment and social conditions at different stages of textile production. GOTS helps ensure that products are produced in an environmentally sustainable manner and that workers are provided with fair working conditions.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is one of the world's most well-known textile safety labels. It symbolizes customer trust and high product safety.
All products of the LooMA brand are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 labeled, which means that they have been tested for harmful substances and are safe for human health.
